It’s been a good week for me and ebay. I managed to get this Ikea Stockholm coffee table for £10.50 and the beautiful tin coasters for just 99p! I’m so chuffed with both.

I’m doing very well in keeping my promise to re-use and be thrifty when it comes to new things for the house. It feels good too.

Crafty things have been happening but at a slow rate. I’ve been struggling to keep awake due to ongoing crappy thyroid problems. I’m hoping that it will be sorted out soon and that I’ll have full days again!

Bunny & Kitty have moved out into there own shed on the patio. They had to go outside because Kitty had developed the habit of peeing EVERYWHERE and while I’m quite tolerant, I couldn’t stand the house smelling like a bunny toilet. I was quite worried that they wouldn’t like it a they’ve always been house rabbits but I had no need to be. They are really happy and seem much more active. I think they were probably bored in the house. I’m a bit obsessed with watching them now. I cant walk past the door without stopping for a nose rub, for them not me of course. They couldn’t reach my nose….

I love where I live and I love the fact that the sun has started shining again.

My mothers day night out was a trip to The Ruby Lounge, Manchester to see the joy formidable. They were fucking amazing live, it was jut a shame the the venue was rubbish for visuals. Unless you were on the front row you couldn’t see anything at all. I could just about see the top of Ritzys head and an occasional eye. We still enjoyed it loads though.

So those of you who know me will already know how I develop ridiculous crushes on actors and the like. Sometimes it develops into a bit of and obsession and much like Kelly and her doughnuts, amongst other things, I think about them all the time until I’m over them. Then I cast them aside and move on to the next one.
In an effort to calm me down I thought I’d share my latest victims with you. My current fave is the beautiful James Mcavoy. He’s so pretty and fragile looking. I lurve him. He’s also incredibly talented and seems like a lovely guy in interviews.

Next we have Gerard Butler. He’s got so much charisma and charm. I could look and listen to him all night. Look how sexy he is. LOOK! LOOK!!

Those two are the main ones just now. They are both dark, beardies and scottish. I’m currently watching everything they have done in order to get my fill (oh er missus)
I think I like them because they remind me of my very own sexy bearded man. Thats what I keep telling him anyway !

The weather is beautiful here in Derbyshire. We have fabulous sunny, cold mornings that really make you feel alive, and god knows I need livening up lately! Its great to be able to have all the doors open so the dogs can play (and bark) outside instead of driving me nuts inside. The sunshine also reminds me that its almost camping season and I will get to see my beautiful Cabanon again. I love this tent too much really, its not normal to love a tent as much as I love this one.

Willow is loving all the attention she’s been getting. Poor girl has been sat on the shelf for ages with dust in her hair. Think I’m going to start taking her out and about with me again. Willow rocks.

Last week I spent the day getting rid of this hideous mustard in favour of the lovely duck egg blue I’d had previously. It was such a relief to have my light bright living room back. I also painted the oak fireplace off white on a whim. I’m glad I did. It looks very nice.
