I’m feeling very shitty just now. Think I’m going to take a break from the blog for a little bit.

Most unfortunate typo
I am not against people being made to work if they are genuinely capable of doing so but I have read alot this week about the need to teach ‘happiness’ in schools because of, apparently, lack of parental gudance at home. Now the proposal is to send mother’s of babies under one out to work. Where are the jobs that will pay enough for childcare and a living and still provde time for that all imprtant infant boning?

Menacing?

We watched Red Riding last night on channel four and was blown away by it. It was beautiful to look at and left me wanting to linger on almost every frame a little longer. Just read this in the independant regarding how it was shot.

Julian Jarrold(director) opted for Super 16 film for 1974, which gave him “a grainy quality, which could dominate and imprison the characters”, he says. “We went for a colour we all associate with the Seventies, which is slightly brownish and muted”

It was brilliant. I’m going to watch it again. Paddy Considine is in the next one. I can’t wait.

True to form I will now bring it down a notch by saying how very sexy Andrew Garfield as Eddie Dunford was. Even Lee has a little man crush on him. I know he’s young but you know me, I like em young (ish) ‘n’ skinny ^_^

I want new shoes for tomorrow night and I want them to be sexy. I don’t own any sexy shoes. In fact I only have about 8 pairs of shoes and most of those are cons or trainers. The truth is I’ve always gone for comfort where my feet are concerned but since I got them tattooed I have wanted to show them off a bit more. So tomorrow I’m going to buy these if they are still on sale.
