I whipped this up fro Frenchie. It turned out cute.

I’ve always wanted a pink haired girl. She’s cute and girlie and she always wears pink.


I made the little beaded sweater last night and did the increases differently to what I usually do. It turned out nice and fits really well. I think I’ll make some striped one with long sleeves ready for winter.

I’m working on a few projects and also we’re about to start knocking walls down in the kitchen. So updating here is taking a back seat. I’ve even cancelled our camping trip for this weekend because we are just too busy. Shocking I know !

I’m almost finished with my giant granny blanket with just half a square to go. I think I’m going to do a scalloped edge when its all finished. This is a terrible pic and it looks all wonky due to the wide angled lens.

I’ve also made some progress on Karens dolly. She’s going to be very pretty when shes finished. Well I hope so anyway!

Last of all I had a delivery of yarn from Texere. Its all lovely, bright DK cotton. Not sure what I’ll use it for but I’m thinking yet another blanket is in order.

Willow is loving all the attention she’s been getting. Poor girl has been sat on the shelf for ages with dust in her hair. Think I’m going to start taking her out and about with me again. Willow rocks.

This was knit from Paulas brilliant pattern that you can get here. I really wish it’d fit me. Look how lovely and orange it is. Oh how I LOVE orange….

Isn’t he cute? I haven’t made a custom Blythe in years and then I suddenly got the urge. Luckily for me mum had three girls she no longer wanted. I’ve wanted a boy Blythe for a long time but just never got around to making one, I’m not sure why. I think I just got caught up in customising for others. I even made a black girl for Gina Garrran, She’s Blythe royalty dontcha know! The next one I’ll make to sell but the theme will be just whatever I want it to be. I’m not bothered about who will buy her. I’m sure someone will.
I definately wont be getting involved with the Blythe community. That would be a sure fire way to take the pleasure out of it.
